Terms of Service

    Last updated: August 21, 2026

    1. Agreement to These Terms

    These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CleaningInsytes platform at cleaninginsytes.com ("the Service"), operated by CleaningInsytes ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorized to bind that business, and "you" refers to that business.

    2. The Service

    CleaningInsytes is an analytics and operations platform for cleaning businesses. It lets you track leads, customers, bookings, revenue, and profitability, and to import data from systems you already use — for example booking platforms via webhooks, payment and bank accounts, and your own advertising accounts. Features may change over time as we improve the Service.

    3. Accounts

    • You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate registration information.
    • You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
    • You are responsible for the users you invite to your company account and the roles you grant them.
    • Notify us promptly at support@cleaninginsytes.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

    4. Subscriptions and Billing

    • Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor, Stripe.
    • Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
    • Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable and we do not provide credits for partial billing periods.
    • We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice; changes apply from your next billing period.
    • If a payment fails and remains unpaid, we may suspend or downgrade your account after reasonable notice.

    5. Your Data

    • You retain all rights to the business data you submit to or import into the Service ("Customer Data").
    • You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display Customer Data solely to provide and improve the Service.
    • You are responsible for having the necessary rights and consents to the Customer Data you bring into the Service, including your own customers' contact information.
    • You can export your data and can delete your account and all associated data at any time, as described in our Privacy Policy.

    6. Third-Party Integrations

    The Service connects to third-party services at your direction — for example Google (Google Ads / Local Services Ads leads and spend), Stripe and Plaid (financial data), Slack (notifications), and booking platforms via Zapier or Make. For each integration:

    • You authorize the connection yourself (for example via the provider's OAuth consent screen) and can revoke it at any time from the Integrations page or with the provider.
    • Your use of the third-party service remains governed by that provider's own terms and policies.
    • Data received from Google APIs is used in accordance with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements, as described in our Privacy Policy.
    • Actions the Service performs in a connected account happen only at your direction (for example, submitting lead feedback to Google when you rate a lead).
    • We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or changes they make to their APIs, and an integration may stop working if the provider changes or discontinues it.

    7. Acceptable Use

    You agree not to:

    • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
    • Access or attempt to access other customers' data, or probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service;
    • Interfere with or disrupt the Service, or attempt to bypass usage limits or security controls;
    • Reverse engineer, resell, or sublicense the Service without our written permission;
    • Upload malicious code or content that infringes the rights of others.

    8. Intellectual Property

    The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by CleaningInsytes and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or software other than the right to use the Service as intended. Feedback you send us about the Service may be used by us without obligation.

    9. Disclaimers

    The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Analytics, reports, and imported third-party data (including advertising spend and financial figures) are provided for informational purposes only and may contain inaccuracies or delays; they are not financial, tax, or legal advice, and you should verify important figures against the source systems.

    10. Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, CleaningInsytes will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

    11. Termination

    You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service (with reasonable advance notice where practical). Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 5, 8, 9, 10, and 12 — survive.

    12. Governing Law and Disputes

    These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which CleaningInsytes is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The parties will first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting each other; disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in that state.

    13. Changes to These Terms

    We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes we will provide notice by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
