I run a cleaning company. Customers book through BookingKoala, jobs get scheduled and dispatched in it, cleaners get paid through it, and customers get charged through Stripe. It runs the day well.

What it could not do was answer the questions I had once the business stopped being a one-person scramble: which lead source brings the customers who stay, what I actually made last month after payroll and ad spend, and whether the recurring base was growing or just churning in place. For a long time I answered those with a Sunday-night spreadsheet.

CleaningInsytes is the reporting layer I wished I could buy. It reads from BookingKoala, Stripe, your bank, and Google, and it turns all of that into the reports an owner needs on a Monday morning. I use it to run my own company every week, which is the main reason it keeps getting better.
