Financial Reporting

    Know what you actually made.
Not what you think you made.

Revenue in the booking system, fees in Stripe, expenses on three different cards: most cleaning businesses never see it all in one place. CleaningInsytes pulls it together into a live P&L that updates itself.

    Stripe, connected in one click

Your payments, fees, and payouts, synced automatically

Connect Stripe through the official CleaningInsytes app and your charges, processing fees, refunds, and payouts start flowing in on their own. No key copying, no exports, and we never see your credentials. You approve access on Stripe's own screen.

    • One-click OAuth install from the Stripe marketplace
    • Charges enriched with customer names, not just IDs
    • Processing fees broken out so margins are honest
    • Daily automatic sync keeps the numbers current

    • Secure bank connections through Plaid
    • Rules engine auto-categorizes repeat vendors
    • A review queue for anything it’s not sure about
    • Transfers between your own accounts filtered out, not double-counted

    Built for owners

Financials your whole team doesn't need to see

Money data is different. Access to the P&L and connected accounts can be limited to owners and admins, while the rest of your team keeps full use of the operational dashboards. Every company's data is isolated with row-level security.

    • Role-based access: staff see operations, owners see money
    • OAuth connections: your Stripe keys are never shared with us
    • Bank credentials handled entirely by Plaid, never stored by us

    Common questions

How does CleaningInsytes connect to Stripe?

Through the official Stripe App with a one-click OAuth connection. You approve access on Stripe’s own consent screen, and we never see or store your secret keys. Once connected, your charges, fees, refunds, and payouts sync automatically into the P&L.

What about expenses that don’t run through Stripe?

You can connect your business bank accounts and credit cards through Plaid. Transactions flow in, you categorize them once, and rules take care of the repeat ones, so payroll, supplies, fuel, and ad spend all land in the right P&L line automatically.

Is this a replacement for QuickBooks or my accountant?

No. It’s an operator’s view, not a tax filing tool. Your accountant closes the books for the IRS; CleaningInsytes tells you every week whether the business made money, on which services, and why. Plenty of owners use both.

    How do refunds get handled?

Refunds are tracked against the original booking, so your revenue numbers show what you actually kept, not the gross figure before the refund quietly disappeared from your bank account.

    Is my financial data secure?

Yes. Connections use OAuth (Stripe) and Plaid’s bank-grade linking, and credentials are never stored by us. Every company’s data is isolated with row-level security, and financial access can be limited to owners and admins on your team.

    Stop guessing at your margins

Connect Stripe and your bank once. Get a P&L that maintains itself from then on.
