Is CleaningInsytes a replacement for BookingKoala?
No. BookingKoala is where you run the business: booking forms, scheduling, dispatching, charging customers. CleaningInsytes sits on top of it as your reporting layer. You keep using BookingKoala exactly the way you do today; we just make the data it generates actually answer questions.
How does my BookingKoala data get into CleaningInsytes?
Through webhooks, usually connected in a few minutes via Zapier or Make. Once connected, new bookings, customers, and cancellations flow in automatically as they happen. You can also upload a CSV export to backfill your history, so your trends start with years of context instead of an empty chart.
Does this work if I use software other than BookingKoala?
Yes. Anything that can send a webhook, directly or through Zapier or Make, can feed CleaningInsytes. BookingKoala is simply the platform most of our customers run on, so the integration path is well worn.
What about my financials? Do they come from BookingKoala too?
Booking revenue does. For the full picture, you can also connect Stripe and your bank accounts (via Plaid), and CleaningInsytes builds a profit & loss from real transactions, so revenue, processing fees, payroll, and ad spend all land in one report.
How long does setup take?
Most owners connect their webhook and see live data the same day. The optional CSV import of historical data usually takes another 15–30 minutes depending on how much history you want to load.
