Reporting & Dashboards
Every number that matters,
on one screen.
You shouldn't need to export three CSVs and fight a pivot table to know how your month is going. CleaningInsytes gives you dashboards that answer the owner questions, built specifically for how cleaning businesses run.
The daily dashboard
Sales and operations, side by side
Lead pipeline, close rate, revenue sold, marketing cost per lead, right above bookings, margins, and your recurring base. It's the whole business at a glance, updated as bookings happen.
- Lead pipeline with close rates, not just lead counts
- Revenue sold vs. quoted, so you see what’s slipping
- One-time vs. recurring revenue split with margins
- Live cost-per-lead and return on ad spend

Trends
See the direction, not just the snapshot
A good month can hide a bad trend, and a slow week can hide a great one. Trend views compare any period against the last one, and against the same period last year, so you know whether you're actually growing or just busy.
- Month-over-month and year-over-year comparisons
- Revenue, bookings, leads, and churn over time
- Seasonality made visible, so slow months stop surprising you
Provider performance
Know who's carrying the team
Jobs completed, revenue generated, five-star reviews, and complaints, per provider, in one scorecard. Reward the people earning the reviews, coach the ones collecting the complaints, and make decisions on record instead of gut feel.
- Per-provider jobs, earnings, and review counts
- Complaints logged and tied to the provider and booking
- A separate provider dashboard for day-to-day ops

Filters everywhere
Slice every metric four ways
Every number on every dashboard filters by time period, sales rep, service location, and lead source. The question 'how did the north side do on Google leads last quarter?' is three clicks, not an afternoon.
- Time period: week, month, quarter, YTD, or custom
- Sales rep: performance per team member
- Location: results by service area
- Lead source: ROI by marketing channel

Common questions
Where does the data in the reports come from?
From the tools you already use. Bookings, customers, and cancellations flow in live from your booking software (BookingKoala and others, via webhook or Zapier), historical data comes in through CSV import, and financials sync from Stripe and your bank. Nothing is typed in twice.
Do I have to build the reports myself?
No. The dashboards are pre-built around the questions cleaning business owners actually ask: sales pipeline, revenue, recurring base, provider performance, marketing ROI. You filter; you don’t configure.
Can I filter by location or by sales rep?
Yes. Every metric can be sliced by time period, sales rep, service location, and lead source. Multi-location owners can see each branch on its own or the whole company rolled up.
How current are the numbers?
Webhook-fed data appears as it happens. A booking made this morning is on your dashboard this morning. Financial syncs run daily.
